I can see why doing fund raisers for benevolent causes can give people a wonderful feeling and is a wonderful idea in the intention but, there is something terribly wrong happening here.

Look at the total health spending and compare that to the new cases of breast cancer in the US. Also compare that to the Asian countries on the left. Although this problem has several factors that go unexplored in this example, I hope you can see the value in what this shows. www.bit.ly/hPBxQr

I am concerned about the push for triclosan, an active ingredient in anti-bacterial products. Using something in 'moderation' is up for interpretation, yet experts will continue to use these terms when using such an active substance. Along with all the gm foods we have been eating, what this will do in the long term is it will set a nation up to be less reactive to antibiotics.
